Onwuegbu appointed Imo Coordinator, Coalition of APC Support Groups

A prominent youth leader and political strategist Prince Darlington Onwuegbu has been appointed the Imo State Coordinator, Coalition of APC Support Groups. The letter confirming Onwuegbu’s appointment was signed by the National Vice Chair and Zonal Chairman of the group Mazi Chuzzy Anagwu Nnodu as well as the Southeast Secretary Dr J.E Truth.

An introductory letter addressed to the State Chairman of APC in Imo state, Prince Marcellenus Nlemigbo by the top Organisation urged the party boss to work together with Onwuegbu and his team to ensure victory and all round success for APC in Imo state.

Prince Nlemigbo in his subsequent response to the appointment of Mr Onwuegbu pledged his support and that of the APC State Working Committee in Imo for Prince Darlington Onwuegbu and his team in the Coalition of APC Support Groups.
Speaking with Nigerian Newsguide, Onwuegbu who had since assumed duties restated his commitment to ensuring that APC was on the side of victory now, 2023 and beyond.

According the Iho-Ikeduru born political strategist, Coalition of APC Support Groups will have thousands of Excos and officials in the 27 LGAS, and 305 wards and in every polling booth in Imo state. The aggregation of all, he claimed would be well over 150,000, a numerical advantage other political parties in Imo don’t and will never have according to him.
