Prominent Youth Leader, Gracious Njoku launches book May 9

Prominent Youth Leader and model of sort to the younger generation, Mr Gracious Njoku will on Sunday May 9th 2021, launch a book he recently authored. The book launch will be preceded by a Thanksgiving service, all at Holy Trinity Anglican Church Ihodimeze in Ikeduru Council Area of Imo state.

The title of the book “The Threshold of Power” suggests that it’s a motivational and inspirational book for the youths and young persons in a contemporary world.

According a statement endorsed by the author, Bro Gracious Njoku says the event will begin at 10am and would be chaired by a political leader, Dr Gabriel Onyekuru.

Bishop of Ikeduru Anglican Diocese, Rt. Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Maduwike to be accompanied by his wife Mrs Anuli Maduwike (Nnedimma Ikeduru) is expected at the occasion as the Spiritual Father of the Day, whilst the Paramount Ruler of Uzoagba Ancient Kingdom, HRH Eze (Dr) Franklin Akakuru is the Royal Father of the Day.

The Chief Guest of Honor and Presenter of the book is Dr & Mrs John Emeagi.

Other personalities expected at the occasion include a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Barr. Donald C. De-Wigwe, Business mogul, Sir and Lady Enoch Iwueze, Media Guru and Publisher of NIGERIAN NEWSGUIDE, Mr Chidi Emeagi among others.

The statement further indicated that the Archdeacon of Iho Archdeaconry, Ven. Dr Sam Anumihe will be the Chief Host of the special occasion. The statement which equally indicated that the Thanksgiving service and book launch were essentially put together to celebrate 13 years of youth leadership of Mr Njoku which witnessed groundbreaking achievements at all levels therefore invited all, particularly the youths to attend.

Nigerian Newsguide learnt that the Author Gracious Njoku was the President of the Anglican Youth Fellowship, AYF in Ikeduru Diocese for several years as well as a top official of the Fellowship in Owerri Ecclesiastical Province.

He is currently a missionary (lay church worker) in the diocese of Ikeduru.
