Marks 1st graduation ceremony
The Proprietor of one of the fastest growing Montessori Schools in Imo State, Royal Way Child Development Academy, Mbieri, Pastor Valentine Arizuma has made it abundantly clear that his school was irrevocably committed to raising not just leaders of tomorrow but today’s champions and intellectual giants in various subject areas, as well as highly skilled entrepreneurs to be celebrated across the globe soonest.
Pastor Valentine Arizuma stated this at the maiden graduation ceremony of the school held on Friday July 23, 2021. He said Royal Way Child Development Academy was not aiming at becoming like other schools around but to set a unique pace that others would copy. According to him, parents must partner with the citadel of learning to inculcate the best behavioral values in the pupils such that their moral standard would be at par with the quality and content of their academic results.
The proprietor used the occasion to announce that in the next academic session a new intellectual upgrade code-named “PROJECT NEW ME” will be introduced to arouse leadership consciousness in every Royal Way pupil.
He also announced that every 3rd and 4th Friday of every month effective from the new session have been set aside for special entrepreneurship training for all primary school pupils.
Chairman of the occasion and Publisher of NIGERIAN NEWSGUIDE, Mr Chidi Emeagi in his speech at the occasion, charged parents to raise Godly and exceptional children by paying much attention to them instead of rushing only after their jobs and hunting for money only to blame Satan in the future when it’s already late for character and career amendment.
Emeagi also warned parents against imposition of courses like Medicine & Surgery, Engineering, Mass Communication, etc on their children but advised that they be guided to freely make good career choices.
The Editor-in-chief of NIGERIAN NEWSGUIDE commended the Proprietor of the school for contributing in reducing the level of illiteracy and unemployment by establishing the super institution in Imo State. He however urged parents not to advise their children to aim at becoming Pastors or General Overseers but should get trained first, become distinguished professionals, and if truly called by God thereafter, shouldn’t hesitate to answer the call.
“Please don’t deceive these children by telling them to aspire to become Pastors, pastoring is not a profession but vocation and divine calling. Moses was already a pastoralist before God called him for a divine mandate in Egypt. Saul was already a Lawyer before he experientially encountered Jesus Christ on his way to Damascus, please let’s allow these children to get trained and equiped with unique skills first and answer the divine call if any in the future”.
He finally described Royal Way Child Development Academy as a school to watch not only in Imo State but in the entire Nigeria and encouraged parents to take advantage of the quality of teachers, teaching aids and conducive learning environment to enrol their children and wards by September at the start of the new academic session.
The Head Coach of Royal Way Child Development Academy Mrs Joy Anyaehie was up and doing throughout the event, coordinating the teachers and pupils to ensure that the ceremony was thick and memorable.
Two graduands of the school from Basic 6 and Nursery 3 Chukwuemeka Miracle and Soluchi Anene respectively presented their valedictory speeches on behalf of others wherein they described Royal Way Child Development Academy as a school with the difference in all ramifications.
The well attended graduation ceremony featured a variety of unique presentations by the children like drama, welcome song, talkshow, debate, calisthenics, etc.
Highpoints of the event were the presentation of certificates to graduands and that of Royal Way Child Development Academy Newsletter.
Some parents present at the occasion described the graduation ceremony as grand and wonderful initiative that was organized by seasoned men and women with administrative ingenuity.
